MPI Held “Exam Gas Station” to Encourage Students

MPI held “Exam Gas Station” to encourage students

As the final exams approached in May, the Student Affairs Office and the Student Union of the Macao Polytechnic Institute (MPI) held “Exam Gas Station” to create an upbeat campus atmosphere by cheering students up in their preparations for exams, relieving their pressure, as well as delivering positive energy. Students took photos in front of the blessing wall backdrop, while the Student Union distributed refreshing beverages during the event, so as to replenish their energy in addition to revisions. Students from different programmes were invited to give a long-running singing performance of positive songs, wishing all students the best exam results.

Mr Cheok, member of the Student Union, co-organised the event. He expressed his gratitude to MPI for holding it, which enriched their experiences of event organization and strengthened team work. He hoped that the event would help deliver positive energy, enhance campus cohesion, and encourage students to help one another in their studies and to strive for bright prospects. One of the participants, Ms Mao, expressed that the event improved her ability to resist academic stress. Apart from getting encouragement from the stress-relief blessing kit and wonderful singing performances, she could also feel the care and blessings from the Institute.

MPI always adheres to student-oriented values and is committed to establishing a harmonious campus atmosphere. The Student Affairs Office and the Student Union regularly organize “Exam Gas Station” every semester to reinforce a positive learning attitude and spread positive energy to students, thus assisting students to relieve the pressure of examinations, balance study and life, and while students concentrate on study, they can also achieve a rich and memorable college life.
