Summer Program for Students from Portuguese-speaking Countries
The “Summer Program for Students from Portuguese-speaking Countries” co-organized by the Permanent Secretariat of Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation Between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) and the Macao Polytechnic University attracted numerous students from Portuguese-speaking countries such as Brazil, Angola and Cape Verde to sign up. The content of the program was rich and diverse, including Chinese culture, history and economy, the economy of member states of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, online marketing and e-commerce, and so on, enabling the students to have clearer understanding of Sino-Portuguese platform as well as Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the direction of future development of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, actively assist Portuguese-speaking countries to participate in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
