自2009年以來,澳門理工學院持續舉辦有關高等教育不同主題的國際研討會,如現代大學制度的建設、教與學質量保證的發展與前瞻、疫情下高等教育的教與學質量保證等。今年,澳門理工學院繼續與亞太地區教育質量保障組織(APQN)合作,第七次合作舉辦高等教育質量保證發展國際研討會。

新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響至今,世界不同國家和地區因應疫情發展持續調整其教學模式,與傳統的教學模式具相當差異。後疫情時期,高等教育在開展教育思維與方法創新探討的同時,確保教與學的高質量發展是教育面對的新議題。為此,本屆研討會以“後疫情時代的教育創新與教學質量保證”為題,於2021年11月22至23日在線上舉行,歡迎國際學者和專家提交論文,共同探討相關議題。

澳門理工學院

澳門理工學院是澳門一所公立高等院校,提供多學科、應用型為主導的學士及合辦研究生學位課程。學院一直堅持以學生為本、以質量立校,致力於持續提升教與學質量辦學為宗旨,自2011年開始陸續通過學位課程的學術評審,並在2014年成功通過英國高等教育質量保證局(QAA)的院校評鑑,成為澳門首家通過國際評審的高等院校。2015及2017年,學院先後兩次榮獲亞太地區教育質量保障組織頒發的“亞太教育質量獎”,是香港及澳門首家榮獲此國際殊榮的高等院校。澳門理工學院每年均舉辦高等教育教與學質量保證相關的國際學術會議,藉此緊貼質量保證領域的最新發展,學習全球院校的優秀辦學實踐,以持續優化質量保證體系。

亞太地區教育質量保障組織

亞太地區教育質量保障組織(APQN)是一家非政府、非營利性國際組織。目前有來自亞太地區42個國家和地區教育品質保障機構和高校的241家團體會員。APQN的宗旨是“通過加強亞太區域教育品質保障機構的能力建設,推動交流合作,提高本地區的高等教育品質”,其終極目標是實現“品質保障區域無邊界”。自2003成立以來,APQN一直在為“提高教育品質”而努力。經過17年的發展,APQN已經成為亞太地區高等教育品質保障領域最龐大、最具影響力的國際組織。在改進區域內各國品質保障機制、交流理論與實踐經驗、推動成員機構之間實質性合作、品質註冊、品質標籤、顧問專家庫等品質保障平台搭建等方面發揮了巨大的作用。
