On November 10, 2023, under the leadership of Dean Huang Guihai of the Faculty of Business, a total of 40 teachers and students from the Master of Science in Finance with Data Analytics Program visited Zhuhai financial institutions and financial management departments.

The teachers and students first came to the Zhuhai Software Development Center of ICBC. The person in charge gave a detailed introduction to each branch of the center and related functions, and explained the center’s campus recruitment and intern recruitment over the years. During the visit, the students actively communicated with the person in charge of the software development center and staff, and gained an in-depth understanding of the role of financial technology in bank operation and management.

Later, the teachers and students came to the Hengqin New Area Financial Development Bureau. The person in charge of the Financial Development Bureau and staff of relevant departments organized a symposium to give a detailed introduction to the financial and financial support policies and investment absorption of the Guangdong-Macao in-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. Questions such as how to obtain recruitment information are answered. Dean Huang Guihai introduced the exchanges between the Faculty of Business and the Financial Development Bureau in recent years, and hoped that the two sides could strengthen cooperation in the future to help students integrate theory with practice and integrate into the development of the Bay Area. At the meeting, the students spoke actively and discussed in depth issues such as employment, investment absorption and corporate subsidies in the Guangdong-Macao in-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.
