澳門理工大學以學生為本,重視學生意見,提供不同類型的服務以滿足學生在讀期間的各種需求。
MPU is student-oriented and values students' opinions. Different types of services are provided to meet the various needs of students during their studies.

溝通機制

為加強與學生的溝通,聽取意見及建議,以達到持續改善及優化的目的,本校設有以下溝通機制:

  • 對話會
    每學年行政管理委員會、各學術單位、學術輔助及行政部門與學生進行對話會(詳情)。
  • 滿意度調查
    每年透過問卷方式收集學生及教職員的意見及建議,目的是評估教學、行政服務、校園書店、餐廳的滿意度,以完善各方面的服務和管理。
  • 建議及投訴
    歡迎學生以信函或電子郵件方式就本校學生事務相關設施、規定和服務進行諮詢,提供意見或建議(詳情)。

Student Communication Mechanisms

To achieve the goal of continuous improvement, MPU has the following communication mechanisms where student can express their opinions and suggestions:

  • Dialogue Meetings
    Dialogue meetings for students with the Administration Board, the Academic Units, and the Academic Support and Administrative Units are held every academic year (Details).
  • Satisfaction Survey
    MPU collects opinions and suggestions from the students, the academic staff and administrative staff by conducting a survey at the end of every year. This survey is aimed at evaluating the degree of satisfaction about teaching, administration service, campus bookstore and restaurants in order to enhance the services and management in all areas.
  • Suggestions and Complaints
    All students are welcome to send their comments, suggestions and enquiries of the facilities, regulations and services of MPU in the areas of student affairs by letter or e-mail (Details).

升學及就業發展

學生事務處每年均為有意升學的學生舉辦升學講座,介紹到海外內升學的資訊。另外, 為深化職涯規劃服務,學生事務處不時舉辦諸如模擬面試、企業管理人員培訓計劃講解等活動,又透過網上平台,為學生提供職位空缺及就業信息。在每年舉辦的“就業發展日”,各類企業及機構受邀參與就業展覽、提供職位空缺資訊,並設專場,由專業人士講解求職技巧及注意事項等。本校還組織學生參訪企業及參與各地暑期實習計劃,在課餘時間充實自己(詳情)。

Further Study and Career Development

For students wishing to study abroad, seminars on further studies are organised every year by the Student Affairs Office. To prepare students for their careers, career related activities at MPU include, for example, mock interviews and recruitment schemes presented by individual companies. The Internet is made use of as a platform for job advertisement postings. During the “Careers Day” organised every year, representatives of various industries and organisations are invited to a careers fair to provide information about job vacancies, with career talks being arranged to cover topics such as techniques and points for attention when applying for jobs. Students also have the opportunity to participate in career exploration field trips and summer internship programmes (Details).

全國大學英語四、六級考試

全國大學英語四、六級考試(College English Test Band 4 and Band 6,簡稱“CET”)為教育部主辦、教育部教育考試院主持和實施的一項大規模標準化考試。考試內容涵蓋聽、說、讀、寫、譯等語言技能。CET包括大學英語四級考試和六級考試,每年於6月及12月舉行,具體開考科目及時間以教育部正式公佈為準(詳情)。

The College English Test Band 4 and 6

The College English Test Band 4 and 6 (CET) is a large-scale standardized test organised by the Ministry of Education, while hosted and implemented by the National Education Examinations Authority. The examination covers language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation. The CET, including Band 4 and Band 6 tests, is held annually in June and December. Subjects and the date of the test are officially announced by the Ministry of Education (Details).

身心障礙學生支援

本校為身心障礙學生制定清晰的支援政策及指引,讓他們享有平等的入學與學習機會。本校致力做好學習機會的質量管理工作,使肢體障礙學生的權利得到滿足(詳情)。

Services for Students with Disabilities

MPU has general guidelines in place for students with disabilities, providing them an equal opportunity to be admitted and to be successful in their studies. MPU strives to maintain an excellent quality control on the provision of learning opportunities so that the rights of disabled students are respected (Details).

學生輔導服務

學生事務處內設有學生輔導員,協助學生處理學習及生活適應上遇到的困難。所有面談內容及資料,在沒有涉及學生本人與他人人身安全的前提下,均予以保密。輔導服務預約及查詢請聯繫學生輔導員。(詳情)。

Student Counselling Service

Students may encounter pressures or problems in their study and/or personal life regarding their interpersonal relationships, personal development, mental health and others. The Student Affairs Office offers counselling service to students. Counsellors have face-to-face meetings with individual students. All information will be kept in strict confidence (Details).

學士學位課程本地學生培訓計劃

為配合特區政府支持本澳青年發展的方針,藉著安排本校學士學位課程的本地學生參加校內屬下不同單位的培訓,鼓勵學生善用在學期間的課餘時間累積相關專業技能和經驗,從而豐富履歷內容、建立正面的工作態度,促進其專業發展(詳情)。

Training Scheme for Local Undergraduate

In line with the Macao Special Administrative Region Government’s policy of supporting the local youths’ development, MPU local undergraduate students are offered training opportunities at MPU’s various internal units in order to encourage them to make good use of their extracurricular time during their undergraduate study to acquire relevant professional skills and accumulate working experience, thereby enriching their résumés, fostering in them a positive working attitude, and promoting their professional development (Details).

學生保險

為保障本校學位課程的學生於上課、入住本校宿舍及進行學校活動期間或可能發生之意外事故,本校每學年均為學生購買“團體意外保險“,倘學生不幸於上課/校園活動/住宿期間意外受傷,請於辦公時間(最遲於15個工作天),連同受傷證明文件到學生事務處申報“保險賠償”事宜(詳情)。

Student Insurance

In order to ensure students studying in MPU are adequately insured during classes, their stay in hostels of MPU or when participating in the campus activities, MPU has purchased “Group Personal Accident Insurance” on their behalf. Students who suffer an injury during classes, their stay in the hostel of MPU or when participating in campus activities, should approach the Student Affairs Office during office hours (within 15 working days) to apply for insurance compensation. Please be reminded that the injured person should present evidence of injury (e.g., document issued by the doctor) with the application (Details).

Performance Pledge

The academic units and administrative departments offer high quality and effective services according to their performance pledge (Details)

證明文件申請及領取

學生可登錄本校網頁申請證明文件,並可透過電子支付或網上支付繳交有關費用。學生可於招生註冊處或學生事務處領取證明,並出示有效證明文件(如:學生證、身份證等)。如未能親自領取,可委託他人。委託他人領取須提交委託書/授權書(注明委託人及被委託人身份資料,包括姓名、身份證號碼、聯繫方式、領取文件類別及具委託人簽名)、雙方身份證明文件(如:學生證、身份證)副本。

Applications and Collection of Documents

Students can submit an online application for documents and pay the required fees via E-Payment or Online Payment. Students must prepare their valid identity documents (Identity cards, Student ID cards, etc.) when collecting the documents in person from the Registry or the Student Affairs Office. Students may authorise another person to collect the documents on their behalf. In this case, the following documents are required:

  • Authorisation Letter (with the student’s endorsement; the letter should include information about the student and the authorised person: name, identity card numbers, contact information, type of document);
  • Copies of the student’s identity documents and those of the authorised person (ID cards or student cards).

儲物櫃借用

學士學位課程在學學生可申請使用學生儲物櫃,使用期由學生成功登記使用之日起,至所就讀課程結束。學生在申請借用儲物櫃前必須仔細閱讀《學生儲物櫃指引》(詳情)。

Locker Rental Service

Current bachelor’s degree students are eligible to use the student lockers. Eligible users can start using the student lockers on the date of successful registration and use them until they have completed their programmes. Students should familiarise themselves with the “Guidelines for Student Lockers” before application (Details).

影印及列印服務

本校為方便學生影印及列印,圖書館、電腦室及明德樓2樓活動中心設有自助影印/列印服務,學生可使用“澳門通(MacauPass)”智能卡進行自助影印或透過網絡打印。

Photocopying and Printing Service

MPU provides self-service photocopying/printing facilities in the library, computer rooms and the Recreation Centre, 2/F at the Meng Tak Building. Students may use their “MacauPass” smartcard to make photocopies and to print from the network.

Lost & Found

If you have lost any items in the campus, please come to the Campus Maintenance and Development Office on the Ground Floor at the Administration Building, or contact its 24-Hour hotline for support at (853) 8599 6189 for further enquiries.

校園設備/設施維修

如學生發現校園設備/設施損壞,請透過下列方式反映情況或提出維修申請:

  • 本校內聯網:登入“綜合服務管理系統”填寫設施之損壞情況;
  • 教學設備及校園設施:向校園維護及發展處/資訊科技部/工程及採購處,或校方教職員反映;
  • 宿舍:通過舍監轉達;
  • 保安室24小時支援熱線:(853) 8599 6189。

Campus Equipment/ Facilities Repairing Works

If students find any damage to the equipment/facilities on campus, they can request for repairing services in the following ways:

  • Log in the MPU’s Intranet “Service Request Management System”;
  • About the Campus: contact Campus Maintenance and Development Office/Information Technology Department/Construction and Procurement Office, or report to the relevant faculty and staff;
  • About hostels: Contact the wardens;
  • Call the 24-Hour hotline for support (security): (853) 8599 6189.
