逗留的特别許可

根據澳門法例，非本地學生（香港永久性居民除外）來澳後，須辦理在澳就讀的“逗留的特別許可”（有效期為一年），學生須自行申請及每年辦理續期手續。有關申請手續及相關規定，請瀏覽澳門治安警察局網頁（外地學生之“逗留的特別許可）。

Special Authorisation to Stay

Non-local students (except Hong Kong Permanent Residents) studying at a higher education institute in Macao are legally bound to apply for “Special Authorisation to Stay”, which is normally valid for one year. Students are responsible for applying for this permit and renewing it annually at the Immigration Affairs Department of Macao.
