Introduction
Although the International Standard Organization (ISO) and Quality Assurance philosophy have been tremendously penetrated across the globe for more than three decades, yet the ISO21001 was only born in 2018 for the educational sector guidance. It is interesting to explore what new paradigm thinking it brings to spearhead the educational field for the stakeholders in order to develop the unprecedented new generations, not less than to revitalize the educational organization vision, policy and add value to leading innovation in education.

Aim of the study
Aim of the research study is to examine and integrate the ISO21001 requirements for the ISO21001 adoption and explore impacts and challenges.

Literature Review
Review of the literature has taken an update for the pertinent development and global trends in the quality management and quality assurance theories.

Methodology
The research resumes a qualitative desktop study which embeds an interpretive stance of the author-researcher’s ISO background and professional experiences during the process of research. This is regarded that both hard and tacit data are embedded in a more precise meaningful and congruent manner. (Creswell et al., 2018).

Analysis and Discussion
Main results are analyzed and discussed in this section. Key factors are identified for the realistic ISO21001 adoption. Impacts and challenges for sustaining an effective Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) are explored and discussed.

Implication and Conclusion
The research study has revitalized the quality assurance fundamentals for the pertinent international higher education arena in the fast changing new era. The results from the study are highlighted and categorized. The findings add value to the higher educational institutions, management boards, faculty members, students, academic advisers, and other stakeholders to gain deeper understanding and insight from the pertinent quality assurance management framework for sustainable development.

The study has limitations as this is based on the combined collected data from interpretist stance and the author’s quality experiences to cross review ISO21001 requirements for adoption in the international context educational organizations. The study presented the holistic review for impacts and challenges intake from reality.
