Organised by the Student Affairs Office and Student Union of Macao Polytechnic Institute, "Exam Gas Station" was recently held before the final exams. The event created an upbeat campus atmosphere by cheering students up in preparing for the exams, encouraging study and revision practise, and relieving students’ pressure while delivering positive energy. Students held a photo shoot in front of the blessing wall backdrop, while the Student Union distributed refreshing beverages and a cheering mascot to participants during the event. The local band, F.I.D.A., was invited as the grand finale guest to perform a passionate music gig as encouragement to the students, wishing for the best exam results for them.

The "Exam Gas Station" met with an overwhelming response. Students from Portuguese-speaking countries were overjoyed with the vigorous activity content. They stated the distribution of the cheering mascot and hot beverages during the winter was thoughtful and heartwarming, showing a spirit of cohesiveness and caring from MPI. Senior students said that the activity was positive and attentive, and they appreciated the ingenious efforts from the Student Affairs Office and Student Union. This time, the local band, F.I.D.A., was specially invited to perform at the main campus garden, spreading blessings and encouragement to students through their passionate live gig throughout the afternoon. Ng Ka Kei, the chairman of the Student Union, who co-organised the event, hopes that the event will encourage students to overcome the final exams positively and confidently, supporting each other on the road of learning, and moving forward courageously.

MPI always adheres to student-oriented values and is committed to establishing a harmonious campus atmosphere. The Student Affairs Office and the Student Union regularly organise the "Exam Gas Station" every semester, to reinforce a positive learning attitude and spread positive energy to students, thus assisting students to relieve their examination pressure, to achieve a good study life balance and to enjoy a memorable college life.
