Target Customers: MPI Staff and Students

Service Type Handling Time
1. MIS - User Account Maintenance 3 working days following receipt of application form
2. Scheduled Service Stoppage Notification 3 working days in advance
3. Computing Facilities Maintenance & Problems Reporting Response within 1 working day and perform initial handling.
4. Computer Equipment on-loan Response within 1 working day
5. Ad Hoc Computer Laboratories Reservation Response within 1 working day

Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:45
Friday 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30
