University is a complex and multi-dimensional system. This dissertation presents a study of the game phenomenon observed during a university's organizational change from the perspectives of values, structures and power politics, with relations between interest groups as the cutting point in the light of game theory. In this study, the strategic choice of values, the interested parties and the stakeholders in a university setting are examined by means of theoretical deduction and/or mathematical model analysis to discover the point of equilibrium. In the scope of the expected Nash Equilibrium, adjustments to the behavioral strategies and regulation of actions of each interested party are proposed, with the aim being to develop ideas that help reframe the order of university organization and to open up a new field of study in university organization that utilizes game theory.
