Grupos de Debate
Our Debating / Speech Team was established to cultivate excellence in debating and speech-giving, to enhance students’ speech-giving skills and confidence, as well as to foster students’ whole-person development. At present, there are four Debating Teams: the Cantonese Team, the Putonghua Team, the English Team and the Portuguese Team. All teams are trained by professional tutors to take part in debating competitions and speech contests. Through competitions, students can gain much valuable experience, whilst making new friends at the same time. An ‘Outstanding Debater / Speaker Scholarship' has also been established to encourage students' participation.
