In order to support education projects in Mainland China, as well as to provide excellent yet financially-challenged students the same opportunity to enrol in tertiary education, MPI has especially established full scholarships for underprivileged and outstanding students in Beijing, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Anhui, Jilin, Guizhou, Shanxi, Heilongjiang and Sichuan. Recipients of the scholarship will have their annual tuition and hostel fees waived and receive a monthly subsidy of MOP3, 000. Their scholarships will be renewed in subsequent years provided their year-end GPA reaches 3.0 or above, and they are recommended by their respective School Director.

The nomination list will be submitted by the relevant middle schools from the above provinces/cities, base upon which MPI will determine the final recipient list according to his/her scores, moral values and family income.
