Old Neighborhood's New Expressions ~ Time-honored shop Remodeling Techniques and Sharing:

  1. The significance and challenge of the time-honored shop transformation;
  2. Humanistic brand mentality and tactics;
  3. Taiwanese food’s time-honored shop transformation case sharing;
  4. The key content and process of the time-honored shop transformation;
  5. How to use the design to tell stories and improve performance for the time-honored shop;
  6. Tips and precautions for designers;
  7. Discussion on common problems in time-honored shop renovation.


Course Certificate:
The participants will obtain the certificate upon finishing a total of six-hour course.

    Managing Director & Strategic Branding Consultant of Chengdu SOHO Cultural Communication Ltd.

    Ms. Lillian Chang, who earned a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University, is an ardent fan of Traditional Chinese Literature and is familiar with media communication. From advocating the new working idea---“SOHO” to supporting Innovation and Entrepreneurship, she had coached around 400 microenterprises, traditional industries and cultural and creative brands both in Taiwan and Mainland China within the past 20 years. Summing up the experience of coaching, she has written a book called“The Experience and Attainments of Humanistic Brands”also named as “RenWenPinPaiXinFa”, which was published by Taiwan Locus Publishing in April, 2013.
