The Personnel Office, which is responsible for personnel and payroll management, is a division under the General Administration Department. Its staff of fifteen (including the chief) is formed into the following three functional groups: payroll section, non-academic staff affairs section, and academic staff affairs section.

Service Scope

To recruit adequate human resources;

To update and manage staff information;

To notify staff of their rights and obligations;

To manage staff salary, deductions, overtime, shifts, absence, subsidies, provident funds and promotion, etc.;

To issue staff cards, medical cards, declarations, salary slips and contracts;

To organise staff recreation activities and arrange welfare distributions;

To coordinate intra department administrative work;

To follow directives and special projects set by the Management Board.
