Time flies like an arrow. It has been few days since my visit to Melbourne. This trip have left a deep impression on me .It is really hard to express all my feelings in 500 words. What l got from this overseas learning program was far from knowledge, but precious friendship and beautiful memories.

About the courses
During the three-week courses, we got a better understanding of the culture differences. We also gained more knowledge about the culture of Japan and Shanghai since we had Shanghai and Japanese classmates in our class. What’s more, the course gave us more chances to practice our oral English and enhance our presentation skills at the same time.
The most important highlight about the courses was definitely our visit to CPA Company. During the speech, some speakers share their own work experience with us, which impressed me a lot. Different experiential speaker sent us different information about the choice we were going to make in the future. From their speech, l understood that it is personal characteristic which matters most when we are looking for jobs. People who have good personalities can always earn more friends and gain more help in finding jobs. What’s more, we need to express ourselves more sincerely .Only in this way can people understand you better and thus be willing to trust you. Last but not least, we need to find a good balance between qualifications and work experience. Only when these two fit with each other can we successfully get our ideal job.

About the home stay
Before visiting Melbourne, l never had a home stay experience .Curious and excited, l wonder what my host family looks like. When l met with my host family, I was a little bit nervous, but after few words with the host mother, l felt relaxed. The family has three little Indonesia girls. They understood only a little Chinese. They also didn’t understand much English. It was hard for us to communicate with each other, but they were still very friendly to me and liked to play with me. At the start, I was not really accustomed to the accommodation in Australia and l felt that my room was extremely cold. After talking with my host mother, both of us made some changes. She tried to fix the heating system, and I, on the other hand, tried my best to adapt to my life in Australia. We gradually like each other more and more. After all, good relationships are built on understanding and trust.

About friends
I do appreciate this learning programme because it helped me get familiar with a circle of friends. First of all, through this programme, I had chance to make friends with Japanese students .They were friendly and easy-going. They broadened my eyes to make me know more about Japanese culture. On the last day, some of them came to Clayton to see us off. It was terribly hard to say goodbye to them. Except making Japanese friends, I was more than glad to meet with my Macau friends. During this period of time, we studied together, ate together and travel together. Every day we had a great time. We were just like a warm family.

Ending
The ending is not strictly an ending, at least not for our friendship. We guys still keep in touch with each other. I love Christine, who always bring delicious food for us .I love Mason, who made our trip warmer. I love Elena, who is just likes a sister of me. I like Molly, who is always considerate. I love lessen, who took excellent photos for our family. I love Tracy, who made our trip more interesting. I love my Japanese friend. I love every people I met with in this trip. They made my life in Melbourne meaningful.
