Scholarships for Exceptional New Students from Mainland China
6 Quotas (MOP235, 280.00 for each recipient)
Art Courses: 
Design, Visual Arts (Educational), and Music (Educational): 1 quota each.

Evaluation: For the 1st academic year, the students are ranked according to their performance in MPI’s admission exam (written examination and interview); the student with the highest score in each program will be awarded the Scholarship. In order to achieve a continuous Scholarship, the student(s) must obtain GPA of 3.0 or above and must be recommended by their School principals. Taken that the recipient(s) fail to meet the above requirements for one academic year, the scholarship will be terminated automatically and never more will the student be entitled, whatsoever, for this scholarship.

Value of the scholarship:
Tuition and hostel fees will be waived, and a monthly subsidy of MOP2, 000 will be granted.

 Other Courses: 
Management/Accounting & Finance, Chinese & Portuguese Translation, and Science of Computer Studies: 1 quota each.

Eligibility:
The student has to attain or exceed the foremost level in the 2008 National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) in his/her native provinces / municipalities.

Evaluation:
For the 1st academic year, by ranking the students according to their achievements (dividing the NCEE score with the native score standard of the foremost level); the student with the highest quotient in each program will be awarded the Scholarship. In order to achieve a continuous Scholarship, the student(s) must obtain GPA of 3.0 or above and must be recommended by their School principals. Taken that the recipient(s) fail to meet the above requirements for one academic year, the scholarship will be terminated automatically and never more will the student be entitled, whatsoever, for this scholarship.

Macao Foundation Scholarships for Students from Mainland China
 Quota: 
Bachelor of Management & Bachelor of Accounting & Finance: 1 quota per program (MOP120, 000 per recipient);
Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies: 2 quotas (MOP120, 000 per recipient).

 Eligibility: 
The student has to attain or exceed the foremost level in the 2008 National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) in his/her native provinces / municipalities.

 Evaluation: 
For the 1st academic year, the students (of Management, Accounting & Finance, and Science in Computer Studies) are ranked according to their achievements (dividing the NCEE score with the native score standard of the foremost level); the Scholarship will be awarded to the following recipients: 1 student of Management, 1 student of Accounting & Finance (each with the second highest quotient in their programme), 2 students of Science in Computer Studies (with the second and third highest quotient). In order to achieve a continuous Scholarship, the student(s) must obtain GPA of 3.0 or above and must be recommended by their School principals. Taken that the recipient(s) fail to meet the above requirements for one academic year, the scholarship will be terminated automatically and never more will the student be entitled, whatsoever, for this scholarship.

 Value of the Scholarship: 
MOP30, 000 will be granted annually.

Scholarships for Outstanding Academic Achievement (MOP10, 000):
 Eligibility: 
Higher Diploma programs

 Evaluation: 
Students from year 1 to year 3 of each program with high moral values and the highest mark by the end of each academic year are eligible.

 Value of the Scholarship: 

50% (MOP10, 000) of the recipient’s tuition fee in the following academic year will be waived.

Scholarships offered by various Departments of Macao SAR and other organizations / enterprises (approximately 50 items):
 Eligibility: 
MPI students

 Evaluation: 
Students (various programs), with high moral values and great achievements, who fulfilled the requirements stipulated by the sponsors, and recommended by the School principals, are eligible.

 Amount: 
The amount (one time basis) of the Scholarship is decided by the sponsors.
