own to secure the lockers.
|

Students should not put inflammable
chemical products, food or drinks inside the lockers. Graffiti,
decorative adhesives, and defacement or damage of any kind
to the lockers is prohibited. Students should also keep the
lockers clean.
|
| Suspension/drop-out: |

If a student drops out from the program
or suspends from his or her study before the academic year
ends, he or she has to go to the Registry
for the procedures kin to the lockers’ returning procedure.
|
| Clearing the lockers: |
-
|
Students should clear the lockers as soon
as possible before the deadline of the locker’s rental
period. The deadline is when each individual student leaves
school. If a student does not clear the lockers after the
deadline, the property inside the locker will be confiscated
and duly disposed of by the Institute.
|
| Loss and damages: |
-
|
Students should avoid putting valuable
property inside the lockers. The Institute is not responsible
for any loss of students’ property inside the lockers.

for repair or replacement costs. |
| Others: |

students to open the lockers for investigation for any suspicious
storing of dangerous property inside the lockers. Also, under
emergency circumstances, the Institute has the right to open
the students’ lockers without informing the students
beforehand.
|
