Students may defer their studies in the Institute by completing an application form from the Registry and securing the required signatures from the head of the respective academic unit before leaving the Institute. The Institute does not guarantee such students that the degree program will remain constant.

Students can apply for deferment of study for not more than 2 semesters at one time. The total approved period of deferment of study cannot accumulate to more than 6 semesters.
