Macao citizen with valid identity card;

Registered students studying degree programmes in MPI and Macao Tourism and Casino Career Centre;

Applicants whose parents are obtaining the “Children Allowance” from the Family Allowance of Macao Government are not eligible.

Completed application form (which can be obtained from DAE);

Completed M/2 (Occupational Tax) Form (please refer to the instructions on the reverse side of the Form as well as those in the sample attached, items No.8, No.9 (the date) and No.11 (the date) are to be leaved blank);

Completed Bank Transfer / Remittance Authorization Form;

-

Photocopy of the main page of the bankbook (with account number and the name of account holder);

-

A recent passport size photo;

-

2 copies of ID card (A4 size - with both the front and reverse side on the same page);

-

1 copy of student ID card (A4 size - with both the front and reverse side on the same page).

If necessary, MPI will deduct the relevant amount of tax in advance before paying the salary;

The salary of student helpers will be paid during the first fifteen-days of the following month after accomplishment of the job;

Please follow instructions of the hiring unit during employment. Student helpers should be punctual to work and not to leave early; all student helpers are obliged to keep confidentiality of their work;

All changes in personal information (including bank transfer information), must be submitted to DAE or MPI will not be responsible for any incorrect or insufficient information;

While working for MPI and any another entity at the same time, the M/5 (Income Declaration Form) must be submitted to the Finance Service Bureau (DSF) during January and February in the following year. The responsibility for the submission of the form lies within the student helper;

Student helpers who have graduated from the higher diploma programmes will have their jobs terminated automatically with MPI. Students who are enrolled in the bachelor programmes must re-register and re-submit all required documents to DAE;

Student helpers who want to quit their jobs during the schooling period are obliged to turn in their resignation to DAE. Student helpers under the status of graduation, withdrawal, deferral of study and unofficial withdrawal will be automatically disqualified.
