| Programme Outline
This course provides postgraduate training in the principles and applications of software and telecommunications as applied to e-Commerce. It offers an integrated curriculum capable of responding to rapid developments in the discipline and attempts to satisfy the needs of good graduates with degrees in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related subjects. This MSc in e-Commerce has a similar structure to the Internet Computing course and aims to help fill the skills gap for e-commerce specialists as demand continues to grow in all sectors of industry and commerce. It emphasises both e-commerce applications and the underlying information and communication technologies. At the end of the course, you should be able to construct software to deliver e-commerce applications over the Internet, understanding how the different types of infrastructure affect design and commercial decisions.
