The Institute presently offers a variety of degree programmes and short-term courses tailored to students locally and from abroad. Macao Polytechnic Institute’s mission is grounded in the interdependent relationship between teaching and research. In this regard, the Institute has created an environment with supporting facilities conducive to research, including the publication of research findings in papers, the hosting of seminars and international conferences and encouraging academics in conducting research on topics addressing contemporary issues as well as participating in regional and international conferences.

The new millennium marks a new era for the Macao Polytechnic Institute in the pursuit of directions as stipulated in the administrative report of the Government of Macao SAR.
