Both Chinese and Portuguese are Macao’s official languages. Our programme has two objectives: 1) to produce Chinese professionals who are good at Portuguese as well as the histories, cultures, social politics and economic developments of the Portuguese-speaking countries; 2) to produce Portuguese professionals who are good at Chinese as well as Chinese history, culture, social politics and economic development. The graduates of the programme will be able to take up jobs concerning public administration, education, translation/interpretation and foreign trade, etc.
