Game — Trust Ladder

The Student Affairs Office organized an Orienteering Competition for International Students and Exchange Students to establish their team spirit on 25 November 2017 in Coloane.

In spite of the cold weather, more than 30 participants who were from China, Portugal, Brazil, and Cape Verde arrived at Hac-Sa Reservoir Country Park, the starting and ending point of the competition, in the morning. The students were randomly separated into four groups to pass at least 5 out of 8 checking points that were set along the 8100-meter Coloane Trail, and there was one challenge they had to finish at each point such as “Trust Ladder”, “Electric Fence”, “Minefield”, “Keypunch”, and “Abseiling”, etc.

All the participants considered that this was a fantastic experience and that they enjoyed all the challenges and learned the importance of team cooperation, and more importantly, they have gained friendship from the activity.
